short synopsis:
Four couples - owners - come to the same house on holiday. Each of the owners is entitled to two weeks of holiday on condition they never meet the other owners. The first couple with two spoiled children is trying to maintain the illusion of family. The second couple comes with a mentally retarded child about twenty years old. In a surrealistic course of the play the first couple's children come to the retarded boy and make a normal adult of him. The third, young couple is on honeymoon. In the surrealistic course of the play the "retarded" young man conquers the young woman. The fourth, oldest, couple discovers that al the other owners have not paid their bills. The couples break apart. They discover that they were not the owners of the house but that they have hired their lives to the Owner whose arrival they are expecting.
The play was performed at the Festival of Croatian amateur theatres in Zagreb and Stari Grad where it was declared best performance in 1999 in Croatia, and at the "Theatrefest", international festival of alternative and experimental theatres in Sarajevo.
